Our first leadership course to be held in Ghana February 2013 delivered by Institute of education – The London Centre for Leadership in Learning University of London UK. This is a six months course. This programme will help develop your leadership skills and develop strategies to enable you to lead and manage a team and improve teaching and learning.

Who can apply?

The programme is designed for:

• New middle leaders or anyone planning to apply for a middle leader role
• Middle leaders have not undertaken any professional leadership development
• Support staff – who have or aspire to have a leadership role or lead a team
